The cloths I use are colour coded for customer's homes to use for different areas of the home. No same cloth is used for the same area such as the bathroom and kitchen. This is crucial to prevent cross-contamination. WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! 

 

Upon entering others properties I hope that I am able to have access to necessary equipment just aid me to happily carry out my duties, this might mean mop bucket, vacuum, or any other equipment. I use my own cleaning detergents. 

In order to provide high standards I will need to be able to have access to hot running water in customer's homes. I am able to carry out my cleaning duties in your home whether you are at home or at work. It is an advantage for me to have access to your knowledge always. I take extra precaution when entering other peoples homes and ensure everything is left as it should be.
